Returns and refunds
All custom made items by Radiant chaos can not be returned unless faulty. If the goods are faulty radiant chaos will offer a replacement item or a refund. If you have purchased a non custom made item and it is is new condition it can be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. radiant chaos must be notified prior to the return.
